Kahless, named after Klingon Prophet, was born on Kronos, but family migrated to Earth during Klingon civil war during Next Generation saga.  He is fully Klingon and is Timothy's long time friend.  the two have even taken the blood oath together; Kahless, married to another Klingon female and Living halfway between Kronos and Federation, feels domesticated and joined the Holo wars with Timothy to pay the bills and act Klingon.
