After pondering, to keep the Tree of Knowledge from humanity, God created Golgotha, a Guardian at the gate to Eden who forged two swords Excalibur and Goliath, one for himself and God, to keep the Garden Holy.

The Holy Crusades and the Renaissance
Then 1000 years after Christ’s Crucifixion, the crusades began, Satan uped anti, backed Sultan and invaded Holy Land, looking to distract Jesus while the Turks claimed Constantinople. It was first time the ranks of the State were in disarray; people were starting to lose faith. Church formed their own Holy Army, Holy See, those who were disenchanted with the State. Forcing Hero’s hand, Jesus implemented the Second Reich. During the chaos, the confusion of who was holier, Jesus or Pope, the Holy Grail was stolen; Jesus didn't like tactic, tempted to give the Holy Land to Satan, let Turks have Constantinople, and excommunicate the Church from the Roman Majesty. It was scary, and after much thought, Hero decided his place was in the Holy Land to finally free his people. What made it scary, so-called "Jesus" fanatics started murdering anyone who didn't believe in Jesus, which was never Christ’s message. Bohemia was somewhat under control with the Spear of Destiny as Jesus embarked on his own campaign to seize control of the Holy Land and make it new Epicenter of Free Thinking.

In Constantinople, Jesus was revered as a God among men, but the name Jesus was now a means of genocide, and Hero no longer felt his name was appropriate and changed it to Peter, after Saint Peter who had baptized him. To stick it deeper into the Church's side, Jesus began the People's Crusade. The crusade lasted 100 years while the State seized Constantinople. Monarch once again moved Rome, this time to a place called Moscow. With the State governing over Constantinople, the Church reclaimed Old Rome. Overnight boundaries changed and Jesus turned his attention to Satan in Babylon and rallying against blood transfusions the Church was performing in the Vatican, the unofficial New Capital of The Holy Roman Empire. Jesus allied with Mongke Khan, son of Genghis Khan. With his help, Peter took Babylon and Satan's fate rested in his hands. Jesus empathized with Satan, never asked to be brought into this world, much like himself.
Satan was unreal, not a part of God’s creation, truly alone. Before Satan, humanity slept like babies, and those who were awake were all Saints. There was no Evil, no wars over land; just life in the presence of God, void of self-preservation. Satan wasn't Evil, just a wounded animal beaten and cornered for simply existing. Satan could have stirred pot much more than he did; could have been a thorn in Christ’s side the whole time. Satan just wanted a hole to crawl into. Only problem, Hero had to feed on a Rich Goat if he had the slightest chance of banishing Satan from Babylon, for it is one thing to capture the essence of a thing, it is another to stop it’s influence when the damage has already been done. Church was holding King Henry I, on molestation charges after his grandson spoke up in a court of Law. They were still unsure of his fate, a huge movement was calling for his head. Jesus visited Rome, and told them, "In no uncertain terms, you release him and the Holy Grail into my custody or you'll be speaking to Satan next, he can get back the blood you stole from me". Church obliged Christ. Henry confessed, "I was possessed, please have mercy". Jesus nodded, “Sipping from the Holy Grail will do that to a person.” Only a drop of blood remained.
“People are possessed, but everyone knows the difference between Good and Evil. You could have easily ended your own life, if you are possessed then you will have no qualms in the afterlife, there are worse fates than death. It would be easier if you just offered yourself up.” Henry gave himself up to Christ, which gave him the power to banish Satan back to the Dream World. Some would argue Satan let it happen. Crusades were over, and Jesus stepped into Jerusalem for the first time. He wanted to destroy it, but instead practiced what he preached and forgave his father, maybe the Holy City his father built was always meant for him.

Nun Hildegard, German High Priestess, not in traditional sense, considered herself a spiritual Valkyrie, wasn’t afraid of battle. Though not a pillar of power, Hildegard influenced Germans culturally and can be called the bearer of the Renaissance; her prowess and philosophy became a catalyst for art and theatre, a movement revolving around the gifted, who for centuries were considered possessed. Pauper Kings, under her guidance, laid the foundation of the Renaissance.

The House of Eric, Viking Berserkers of Voth, ruled over Northern Passage, officially settling in the New World a place called Newfoundland, among the Natives, he was known as “Nanook”, Polar Bear. Before Eric, the "Hunt" was a lesson in patience, waiting for Prey; he taught Natives to become predators, to lure and face Prey as though they were an advancing army. He was liked by Natives and his bloodline kept the Anglo-Saxons at bay.

Otto I, King of Germany, the Fatherland named after Germanicus, attempted to separate the Emperor from the Royal Crown, arguing country would never prosper if it's ruler unable to pass laws, believed in holding elections to prove himself to people, that just because Royalty had all the Gold, didn't give them right to pick and choose which laws to obey.
“Gold does not make a ruler. Gold essentially belongs to the people.”

Otto started a Royal Coffin and made executive decisions, saying he was not a puppet king. Though some debated his tactics, Germany became an economic powerhouse, Viking Royalty kind of liked the idea because they were tired of sending their children off to War. With that, they gave German government 30 percent of Gold for Public courthouses and recruitment centres as long as Royalty had the final say during an Invasion. Royal Accord was written up, stating Royalty couldn't be held responsible for any action made by State if captured, including War charges. Royal Families were not afraid they had the Guard. Up until Otto, Royalty was bred for war. Frederick Barbarossa, a German negotiator, negotiated with the Vikings for Denmark and brokered the spoils of War.
House of Habsburg was the first to unify Germany; instead of conquering, he welcomed all Germans to join his cause in a united Germany. Continuing the work of Otto, he preached population and elections were the way, that the Emperor had no real power, that it rested in people. Rudolph I, refined and coined Political Campaigns and brought back Caesar's human rights initiative coined humanism, keep the people fed and happy was his motto. The Renaissance thrived, which gave birth to a myriad of artists and musicians: Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Michelangelo, Raphael, Leonardo, Shakespeare, Nostradamus, and so forth.
Of all of them Johannes Gutenberg, a German Inventor, changed the world and invented the print press, and along with Lloyds of London and the house of Carrington, first Grandmaster, brought the world the first paperback Gutenberg Bible and paper currency. The average person could now become truly educated. Birth of Capitalism.
